We now have the ability to take woodchip waste from other arboricultural contractors and tree surgeons, store it in our woodchip bay, so that it can be sold as low grade woodchip biomass. This is a real step forward and is part of what the TreeStation was always intended to do – put waste to use. A convenient disposal service is also a real benefit for other local tree workers. And thanks to Emerge Recycling for lending us their telehandler to help deal with it.
